How You Can Help

Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) is a mission-driven news organization providing trusted, independent journalism in 23 countries where a free press is restricted or under threat. With the sudden loss of U.S. government–funded research contracts, the organization must now reestablish its own research and analytics capabilities from the ground up.

Have you ever built a research budget, scoped costs for qualitative or quantitative projects, or run an RFP with vendors? RFE/RL’s Audience & Growth team is doing exactly that — but without the external support they once had. The Audience & Growth team seeks an experienced research professional who can help them with preparing budgets, estmating costs for different types of research and setting up internal best practices for vendor competitions, and contracting. If you’ve managed research operations before, you’ll know exactly how to help this team set up sustainable processes that will keep their insights program running.
